Improving this competence will enable you to use resources in the most optimal way possible to achieve a goal.

Quality is more than meeting the expected requirements. It is deliver to our customers not what they want but what they didn't know they wanted by exceeding expectations.

We will have a business when we have succeeded in securing the loyalty of repeat customers (Engagement), for which they have to be satisfied, which is achieved when the value they perceive is greater than the value they expected before buying.

The value that the customer perceives when he/she consumes is a consequence of the key activities executed (CANVAS), we always have to keep a card to surprise.

The level of efficiency and quality can be improved by organising and planning better the activities to be developed and/or when innovating.

Therefore, efficiency and quality are about the enthusiasm that is reflected in people's integrity and how proud they are of their work.

This competence is closely related to the fulfilment of commitments and the pursuit of opportunity.

Those who possess this highly developed competence are people who:

  • They find ways to make things better, faster and cheaper.
  • They strive to meet or exceed the criteria for excellence in their work.
  • They prepare and apply procedures to complete the work on time and to exceed the quality levels agreed with customers. In addition, they are always thinking about how to improve their products and/or services.

For these entrepreneurs, it is not enough to deliver the product or service on time, but they are very critical of themselves in order to demand the maximum both in the creation process and in the final result, constantly seeking excellence.

They spare no expense as long as it satisfies the customer.
