Phase in which the main role is played by the mentor, who will be responsible for establishing a link based on the trust and learning and in which the entrepreneur must be open to accept the relationship and make the most of it.

The first mentor meeting focuses on clarifying mentee expectations their role, mutual commitments to the relationship and how they will work together, self-awareness and goal formulation.

Focusing the target, identifying the positive core of entrepreneurship to achieve the goal and identify the entrepreneur gap that needs to learn or change in order to achieve that goal, design action plan

Each day the mentor will review the progress of the entrepreneur analysing his/her business: business model canvas, feasibility plan, sales plan...

At the last meeting on Friday, the date and time of the mandatory minimum monthly meeting is fixed by mutual agreement, and the contract is signed online.

Maintenance of the relationship. 6-12 months (after the three-week acceleration).

It is at this stage that the mentor and the entrepreneur consolidate their relationship, and begin to to meet on the date set by consensus and included in the contract. Fixed the objectives and the strategy for action, the entrepreneur assumes a more active, participatory role, so that feedback is constant.

The development phase also involves reviews of the results andwhere appropriate, introduce changes and variants. It is a phase of consolidation of the objectives, the entrepreneur starts to deploy all the actions of the action plan and begins to experiment, the sessions reflect on the experience and consolidate effective strategies or propose changes.

After each session, mentor and entrepreneur must each complete a different questionnaire sent by the mentoring manager, on the fixed date of the mandatory monthly follow-up meeting.

END OF THE MENTORING RELATIONSHIP

In this phase, the fruits of the mentoring work throughout the process are reaped, in which the entrepreneur should have achieved sufficient development and self-confidence to enable him/her to face any challenge in his/her professional life.

Separation, as the entrepreneur is more prepared, the process and the final relationship is finalised. The mentor helps the entrepreneur to internalise the learning and redefine future challenges.
