Su objetivo principal es apoyar financieramente a pymes en sus primeras fases de desarrollo para que puedan realizar las inversiones necesarias y consolidar su proyecto empresarial.<\/p>\n<h4>Caracter\u00edsticas principales:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Importe m\u00ednimo:<\/strong> 25.000 euros.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Importe m\u00e1ximo:<\/strong> 300.000 euros.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Plazo m\u00e1ximo:<\/strong> 7 a\u00f1os.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Carencia:<\/strong> Hasta 5 a\u00f1os.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>2. <strong>\u00bfQui\u00e9nes Pueden Beneficiarse?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Los destinatarios son emprendedores que cumplan con los siguientes requisitos:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ser una <strong>PYME<\/strong> seg\u00fan la definici\u00f3n de la Uni\u00f3n Europea.<\/li>\n<li>Estar constituida como m\u00e1ximo 24 meses antes de la solicitud.<\/li>\n<li>Tener domicilio social y actividad principal en Espa\u00f1a.<\/li>\n<li>Contar con un modelo de negocio <strong>innovador o con ventajas competitivas claras<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Disponer de fondos propios al menos iguales al importe solicitado.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Exclusiones:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Empresas del sector financiero (salvo plataformas de financiaci\u00f3n participativa).<\/li>\n<li>Empresas del sector inmobiliario (excepto plataformas tecnol\u00f3gicas de intermediaci\u00f3n).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>3. <strong>Condiciones del Pr\u00e9stamo<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>ENISA Emprendedores ofrece pr\u00e9stamos sin garant\u00edas, con condiciones favorables adaptadas al perfil de cada empresa.<\/p>\n<h4>Detalles financieros:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Intereses:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Primer tramo: Euribor + 3,75%.<\/li>\n<li>Segundo tramo: Inter\u00e9s variable (hasta 8%) seg\u00fan rentabilidad financiera.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Comisiones:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Apertura: 0,5%.<\/li>\n<li>Amortizaci\u00f3n anticipada: Ajustada a los intereses del segundo tramo no devengados.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Modalidad de pago:<\/strong> Amortizaci\u00f3n trimestral de principal e intereses.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>4. <strong>C\u00f3mo Presentar la Solicitud<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>La solicitud se realiza de manera totalmente online a trav\u00e9s del <strong>Portal del Cliente<\/strong> de ENISA.<\/p>\n<h4>Pasos para aplicar:<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Registro en el portal:<\/strong> Crea tu cuenta y accede al formulario de solicitud.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Documentaci\u00f3n necesaria:<\/strong> Presenta cuentas depositadas en el Registro Mercantil o P\u00fablico y un plan de negocio viable.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Evaluaci\u00f3n de la solicitud:<\/strong> ENISA valorar\u00e1 la viabilidad t\u00e9cnica, econ\u00f3mica y financiera del proyecto.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h4>Recomendaciones:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Aseg\u00farate de contar con una estructura financiera equilibrada y profesionalidad en la gesti\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li>Presenta un plan que
