class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h1>Proyectos Estrat\u00e9gicos CIEN (CDTI)<\/h1><h2>Impulsa la I+D en Colaboraci\u00f3n Empresarial<\/h2><p>El programa <strong>CIEN del CDTI<\/strong> financia grandes proyectos de I+D en \u00e1reas estrat\u00e9gicas, desarrollados en colaboraci\u00f3n efectiva por agrupaciones empresariales con el objetivo de fomentar la innovaci\u00f3n tecnol\u00f3gica y su proyecci\u00f3n internacional.<\/p><hr \/><h3>1. <strong>\u00bfQu\u00e9 es el Programa CIEN?<\/strong><\/h3><p>El programa <strong>CIEN (Consorcios de Investigaci\u00f3n Empresarial Nacional)<\/strong> es una l\u00ednea de financiaci\u00f3n del <strong>Centro para el Desarrollo Tecnol\u00f3gico Industrial (CDTI)<\/strong> que apoya grandes proyectos de <strong>investigaci\u00f3n industrial y desarrollo experimental<\/strong>.<\/p><h4>Objetivos principales:<\/h4><ul><li>Fomentar la <strong>cooperaci\u00f3n empresarial<\/strong> en proyectos estrat\u00e9gicos de I+D.<\/li><li>Potenciar la <strong>colaboraci\u00f3n p\u00fablico-privada<\/strong> con organismos de investigaci\u00f3n.<\/li><li>Facilitar proyectos con <strong>proyecci\u00f3n internacional<\/strong> en \u00e1reas tecnol\u00f3gicas de futuro.<\/li><\/ul><hr \/><h3>2. <strong>\u00bfQui\u00e9nes pueden participar?<\/strong><\/h3><p>El programa est\u00e1 dirigido a <strong>agrupaciones de empresas<\/strong> formadas por:<\/p><ul><li>M\u00ednimo <strong>tres empresas<\/strong> y m\u00e1ximo <strong>ocho<\/strong>.<\/li><li>Al menos dos empresas deben ser <strong>aut\u00f3nomas<\/strong> y una debe ser una <strong>PYME<\/strong>.<\/li><li>Subcontrataci\u00f3n obligatoria del <strong>15%<\/strong> del presupuesto a <strong>organismos de investigaci\u00f3n<\/strong>, con la participaci\u00f3n de al menos uno de titularidad p\u00fablica.<\/li><\/ul><hr \/><h3>3. <strong>Caracter\u00edsticas de los proyectos y ayudas<\/strong><\/h3><p>El programa CIEN se caracteriza por financiar grandes proyectos colaborativos bajo un <strong>pr\u00e9stamo parcialmente reembolsable<\/strong>.<\/p><h4>Detalles clave de la financiaci\u00f3n:<\/h4><ul><li><strong>Presupuesto<\/strong>:<ul><li>M\u00ednimo: <strong>5.000.000 \u20ac<\/strong>.<\/li><li>M\u00e1ximo: <strong>20.000.000 \u20ac<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><strong>Cobertura financiera<\/strong>: Hasta el <strong>85%<\/strong> del presupuesto aprobado.<\/li><li><strong>Tramo no reembolsable (TNR)<\/strong>: <strong>33%<\/strong> del pr\u00e9stamo (sobre el 75% del presupuesto).<\/li><li><strong>Condiciones del pr\u00e9stamo<\/strong>:<ul><li>Tipo de inter\u00e9s: <strong>Euribor a 1 a\u00f1o<\/strong>.<\/li><li>Plazo: <strong>7 a 10 a\u00f1os<\/strong>, con <strong>carencia de 2 a 3 a\u00f1os<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><strong>Anticipos<\/strong>: Hasta el <strong>35%<\/strong> (m\u00e1ximo 250.000 \u20ac) sin garant\u00edas adicionales.<\/li><li><strong>Duraci\u00f3n del proyecto<\/strong>: Entre <strong>36 y 48 meses<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ul><hr \/><h3>4. <strong>Gastos financiables y \u00e1reas estrat\u00e9gicas<\/strong><\/h3><p>No existen restricciones sectoriales, por lo que el programa CIEN admite proyectos en <strong>cualquier \u00e1rea tecnol\u00f3gica<\/strong>.<\/p><h4>Gastos financiables:<\/h4><ul><li><strong>Personal<\/strong> dedicado al proyecto.<\/li><li><strong>Instrumental y material<\/strong> utilizado en la investigaci\u00f3n.<\/li><li><strong>Investigaci\u00f3n subcontratada<\/strong> y conocimientos t\u00e9cnicos.<\/li><li><strong>Gastos generales y de funcionamiento<\/strong> directamente relacionados con el proyecto.<\/li><\/ul><h4>Requisitos de las actividades:<\/h4><ul><li>Las <strong>actividades de investigaci\u00f3n industrial<\/strong> deben representar al menos <strong>el 50%<\/strong> del presupuesto total.<\/li><li>El 15% debe destinarse a organismos de investigaci\u00f3n.<\/li><\/ul><hr \/><h3>5. <strong>C\u00f3mo solicitar la ayuda<\/strong><\/h3><p>La solicitud se presenta a trav\u00e9s de la <strong>plataforma online del CDTI<\/strong> en cualquier momento del a\u00f1o, con dos <strong>fechas de corte<\/strong> para evaluaci\u00f3n.<\/p><h4>Pasos clave:<\/h4><ol><li>Preparar la <strong>documentaci\u00f3n<\/strong>:<ul><li>Memoria t\u00e9cnica del proyecto.<\/li><li>Acuerdo del consorcio.<\/li><li>Cuentas anuales y declaraciones responsables.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>Realizar la <strong>solicitud online<\/strong> en el portal del CDTI: <a target=\"_new\" rel=\"noopener\">www.cdti.es<\/a>.<\/li><li>Atender las revisiones y
