Est\u00e1 destinada a financiar <strong>inversiones iniciales<\/strong> y nuevas actividades econ\u00f3micas para fortalecer la capacidad productiva y tecnol\u00f3gica de empresas, principalmente PYMEs.<\/p><h4>Objetivo principal:<\/h4><p>Fomentar el crecimiento empresarial a trav\u00e9s de <strong>proyectos innovadores<\/strong>, impulsando la mejora de estructuras y la adquisici\u00f3n de activos.<\/p><hr \/><h3>2. <strong>\u00bfQui\u00e9nes pueden beneficiarse?<\/strong><\/h3><p>La ayuda est\u00e1 dirigida a <strong>empresas<\/strong> que desarrollen sus proyectos en las siguientes regiones:<\/p><ul><li><strong>Andaluc\u00eda<\/strong>, <strong>Extremadura<\/strong>, <strong>Castilla La Mancha<\/strong>, <strong>Murcia<\/strong>, <strong>Castilla y Le\u00f3n<\/strong> (excepto Soria), <strong>Comunidad Valenciana<\/strong> (excluida Valencia capital) y <strong>Canarias<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ul><h4>Requisitos espec\u00edficos:<\/h4><ul><li>En <strong>Castilla y Le\u00f3n<\/strong> y la <strong>Comunidad Valenciana<\/strong>, solo podr\u00e1n beneficiarse las <strong>PYMEs<\/strong>.<\/li><li>La inversi\u00f3n debe mantenerse durante <strong>5 a\u00f1os<\/strong> para grandes empresas y <strong>3 a\u00f1os<\/strong> para PYMEs.<\/li><\/ul><hr \/><h3>3. <strong>Caracter\u00edsticas de la ayuda<\/strong><\/h3><p>La L\u00ednea LIC A ofrece un <strong>pr\u00e9stamo parcialmente reembolsable<\/strong> con condiciones flexibles y ventajas significativas:<\/p><ul><li><strong>Tipo de inter\u00e9s fijo<\/strong>: <strong>Euribor a 1 a\u00f1o + 0,5%<\/strong>.<\/li><li><strong>Cobertura financiera<\/strong>: Hasta el <strong>75%<\/strong> del presupuesto aprobado.<\/li><li><strong>Tramo no reembolsable<\/strong>: <strong>10%<\/strong> de la ayuda.<\/li><li><strong>Plazo de devoluci\u00f3n<\/strong>: Hasta <strong>7 a\u00f1os<\/strong>, con <strong>1 a\u00f1o de carencia<\/strong> desde la finalizaci\u00f3n del proyecto.<\/li><li><strong>Presupuesto m\u00ednimo financiable<\/strong>: <strong>175.000 \u20ac<\/strong>.<\/li><li><strong>Presupuesto m\u00e1ximo financiable<\/strong>: <strong>30.000.000 \u20ac<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ul><hr \/><h3>4. <strong>Gastos financiables<\/strong><\/h3><p>Se financian <strong>inversiones en activos fijos<\/strong> que supongan una <strong>mejora de capacidades empresariales<\/strong>, como:<\/p><ol><li><strong>Activos materiales<\/strong>: Instalaciones, maquinaria y equipos nuevos.<\/li><li><strong>Activos inmateriales<\/strong>: Patentes, licencias, conocimientos t\u00e9cnicos y otros derechos de propiedad intelectual o industrial.<\/li><\/ol><h4>Limitaciones:<\/h4><ul><li>Para grandes empresas, los <strong>activos inmateriales<\/strong> solo se financian hasta el <strong>50%<\/strong> del presupuesto total del proyecto.<\/li><li>Exclusiones: Sectores como acero, carb\u00f3n, construcci\u00f3n naval, pesca, producci\u00f3n agr\u00edcola primaria y energ\u00eda.<\/li><\/ul><hr \/><h3>5. <strong>C\u00f3mo solicitar la ayuda<\/strong><\/h3><p>El proceso de solicitud es continuo y se realiza a trav\u00e9s de la <strong>plataforma online del CDTI<\/strong>.<\/p><h4>Pasos clave:<\/h4><ol><li><strong>Presentar la solicitud<\/strong> antes del inicio del proyecto (efecto incentivador).<\/li><li><strong>Preparar la documentaci\u00f3n<\/strong>: Memoria t\u00e9cnica, presupuesto del proyecto y declaraci\u00f3n responsable.<\/li><li><strong>Validaci\u00f3n y seguimiento<\/strong>: El CDTI realizar\u00e1 verificaciones f\u00edsicas y documentales.<\/li><\/ol><hr \/><h3>Conclusi\u00f3n<\/h3><p>La <strong>L\u00ednea Directa de Expansi\u00f3n (LIC A)<\/strong> es una soluci\u00f3n financiera clave para empresas innovadoras que buscan <strong>crecer e invertir en activos productivos<\/strong>.
