Al mismo tiempo, la persona que dirige la empresa debe proteger a su familia, atender a sus trabajadores, tramitar seguros, solicitar ayudas, renegociar deudas y decidir si reabre, se traslada, transforma su actividad o abandona.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En ese momento no basta con publicar una convocatoria de subvenciones.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El empresario necesita recuperar la capacidad de decidir, ordenar los da\u00f1os, calcular cu\u00e1nto dinero necesita, saber qu\u00e9 ayudas puede solicitar, determinar si su negocio sigue siendo viable y convertir toda esa informaci\u00f3n en una hoja de ruta concreta.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Por eso mentorDay ha creado el <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/mentorday.es\/programas\/programa-de-reactivacion-empresarial\/\"><b>Programa de Reactivaci\u00f3n Empresarial<\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, un itinerario gratuito que comienza recuperando a la persona, contin\u00faa ayudando al empresario a ordenar la situaci\u00f3n y termina reactivando la empresa mediante mentores, expertos, herramientas digitales, un expediente de afectaci\u00f3n, un plan financiero, una hoja de ruta a 90 d\u00edas y acceso a ayudas y financiaci\u00f3n.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><h2><b>No hemos partido de cero: hemos aprendido de las grandes cat\u00e1strofes<\/b><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Para dise\u00f1ar el programa se han analizado respuestas empresariales desplegadas despu\u00e9s de algunas de las cat\u00e1strofes m\u00e1s importantes de las \u00faltimas d\u00e9cadas:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El terremoto de Ecuador de 2016.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El hurac\u00e1n Mar\u00eda en Puerto Rico.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Los incendios de Australia.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El gran terremoto y tsunami de Jap\u00f3n.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Los terremotos de Turqu\u00eda de 2023.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Los incendios de Valpara\u00edso.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Los terremotos de Christchurch.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El hurac\u00e1n Sandy.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El cicl\u00f3n Gabrielle.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La DANA de Valencia.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La erupci\u00f3n volc\u00e1nica de La Palma.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El terremoto de Lorca.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cada experiencia aport\u00f3 una pieza importante. Algunas ofrecieron subvenciones. Otras proporcionaron consultores, mentores, formaci\u00f3n, espacios temporales, apoyo comercial o planificaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El problema es que esas soluciones aparec\u00edan habitualmente fragmentadas.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El empresario deb\u00eda acudir por separado a la administraci\u00f3n, el banco, la aseguradora, la c\u00e1mara de comercio, los servicios sociales, una consultora, una entidad financiera y diferentes organizaciones de ayuda.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El <a href=\"https:\/\/mentorday.es\/programas\/programa-de-reactivacion-empresarial\/\">Programa de Reactivaci\u00f3n Empresarial<\/a> de mentorDay ha incorporado los principales aprendizajes de estas experiencias en <\/span><b>un \u00fanico protocolo integrado, digital, gratuito y replicable<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p><h2><b>\u00bfQu\u00e9 hemos aprendido de los mejores programas internacionales?<\/b><\/h2><h3><b>Ecuador: diagnosticar antes de entregar recursos<\/b><\/h3><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Despu\u00e9s del terremoto de Ecuador de 2016, el PNUD puso en marcha la metodolog\u00eda <\/span><b>En Marcha<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> para ayudar a peque\u00f1os negocios a recuperar su actividad.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El programa combinaba:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Diagn\u00f3stico empresarial.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Formaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Asistencia t\u00e9cnica.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mejora del modelo de negocio.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Imagen comercial.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Reposici\u00f3n de equipos.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Recuperaci\u00f3n de la actividad.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Seguimiento posterior.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La ayuda material no se entregaba de forma aislada. Primero se estudiaba cada empresa y se determinaba qu\u00e9 necesitaba realmente para volver al mercado.<\/span><\/p><p><b>Aprendizaje incorporado por mentorDay:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> antes de buscar dinero o comprar equipamiento, cada empresa prepara su expediente de afectaci\u00f3n, analiza su viabilidad y concreta sus necesidades.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El objetivo no es reconstruir autom\u00e1ticamente el negocio que exist\u00eda antes de la cat\u00e1strofe, sino determinar qu\u00e9 empresa puede funcionar despu\u00e9s de ella.<\/span><\/p><h3><b>Puerto Rico: combinar dinero con asistencia t\u00e9cnica<\/b><\/h3><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tras el hurac\u00e1n Mar\u00eda, Foundation for Puerto Rico cre\u00f3 el <\/span><b>Small Business Support Program<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> para ayudar a las empresas a mantenerse abiertas, conservar empleo y mejorar sus operaciones.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El programa combin\u00f3 ayudas econ\u00f3micas inmediatas con asistencia t\u00e9cnica y mentor\u00eda. M\u00e1s de 200 empresas recibieron m\u00e1s de 500.000 d\u00f3lares en subvenciones y m\u00e1s de 800 horas de acompa\u00f1amiento empresarial.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La organizaci\u00f3n volvi\u00f3 a activar el modelo tras los terremotos de 2020 y el hurac\u00e1n Fiona, demostrando que un protocolo previamente dise\u00f1ado puede reutilizarse r\u00e1pidamente ante nuevas emergencias.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><b>Aprendizaje incorporado por mentorDay:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> una subvenci\u00f3n sin acompa\u00f1amiento puede gastarse en una necesidad secundaria, agotarse demasiado pronto o financiar la reconstrucci\u00f3n de un modelo que ha dejado de ser viable.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Por eso las ayudas y el Fondo de Reactivaci\u00f3n Empresarial se vinculan a:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Un diagn\u00f3stico previo.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Una necesidad justificada.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Un presupuesto.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Un plan de reactivaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Una hoja de ruta.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El seguimiento de un mentor.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h3><b>Australia: transformar el diagn\u00f3stico en una hoja de ruta<\/b><\/h3><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El programa australiano <\/span><b>Strengthening Business<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> asignaba a las empresas afectadas por incendios un facilitador empresarial independiente.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Este experto ayudaba al empresario a analizar sus problemas, identificar oportunidades, reorganizar el negocio, recuperar clientes y dise\u00f1ar una hoja de ruta con objetivos inmediatos, a medio plazo y a largo plazo.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El acompa\u00f1amiento se ofrec\u00eda gratuitamente a la empresa.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><b>Aprendizaje incorporado por mentorDay:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> cada empresa debe salir del programa con decisiones, responsables, plazos e indicadores.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Por eso mentorDay ayuda a preparar una <\/span><b>hoja de ruta a 90 d\u00edas<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, dividida en acciones de:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Primeras 24-72 horas.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Primeros 30 d\u00edas.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Segundo mes.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tercer mes.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No se trata de entregar un informe que quede archivado. Se trata de ayudar al empresario a saber qu\u00e9 debe hacer ma\u00f1ana por la ma\u00f1ana.<\/span><\/p><h3><b>Turqu\u00eda: acompa\u00f1ar tambi\u00e9n despu\u00e9s de conceder la ayuda<\/b><\/h3><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tras los terremotos de Turqu\u00eda de 2023, el PNUD distribuy\u00f3 10 millones de d\u00f3lares entre 4.622 peque\u00f1os negocios.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Adem\u00e1s del dinero, reserv\u00f3 recursos espec\u00edficos para ofrecer coaching, mentoring y formaci\u00f3n empresarial posterior a las empresas beneficiarias.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><b>Aprendizaje incorporado por mentorDay:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> el acompa\u00f1amiento no debe finalizar cuando se concede la ayuda.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La ejecuci\u00f3n del dinero es una fase cr\u00edtica.
