Fue fundada en 1995 y se ha convertido en una de las organizaciones l\u00edderes en el campo del coaching.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La misi\u00f3n de la ICF es promover la excelencia en el coaching a trav\u00e9s de la acreditaci\u00f3n, la educaci\u00f3n y la investigaci\u00f3n. La organizaci\u00f3n establece est\u00e1ndares \u00e9ticos y de calidad para los coaches y ofrece programas de formaci\u00f3n y acreditaci\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s de sus diferentes cap\u00edtulos y filiales en todo el mundo.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Para obtener la acreditaci\u00f3n de la ICF, un coach debe cumplir con una serie de requisitos y completar un riguroso proceso de acreditaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p><h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>La ICF ofrece tres niveles de acreditaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/span><\/h2><ul><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ACC (Associate Certified Coach).<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">PCC (Professional Certified Coach).<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">MCC (Master Certified Coach).<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La acreditaci\u00f3n de la ICF es reconocida internacionalmente como un sello de calidad en coaching y es valorada por empresas y organizaciones en todo el mundo. Los coaches acreditados por la ICF deben cumplir con <strong>altos est\u00e1ndares \u00e9ticos y de calidad, lo que garantiza que los clientes reciben un servicio de coaching de alta calidad y valor.<\/strong><\/span><\/p><h3><strong>\u00bfCu\u00e1l es el mapa de competencias de la ICF (International Coaching Federation)?<\/strong><\/h3><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La International Coaching Federation (ICF) utiliza un Marco de Competencias de Coaching para definir las habilidades y conocimientos necesarios para la pr\u00e1ctica efectiva del coaching.<strong> Este marco se compone de las siguientes 11 competencias centrales, agrupadas en cuatro categor\u00edas.<\/strong><\/span><\/p><h4><strong>CATEGOR\u00cdAS:<\/strong><\/h4><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><h5><strong>ESTABLECER LAS BASES:<\/strong><\/h5><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Comprensi\u00f3n \u00e9tica y profesional.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Crear el contrato de coaching.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><h5><strong>CREAR EL CLIMA:<\/strong><\/h5><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Establecer confianza e intimidad con el cliente.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Crear un ambiente de apoyo.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><h5><strong>COMUNICAR EFECTIVAMENTE<\/strong><\/h5><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Escuchar activamente.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hacer preguntas poderosas.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Comunicaci\u00f3n directa.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><h5><strong>FACILITAR EL APRENDIZAJE Y LOS RESULTADOS:<\/strong><\/h5><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Crear conciencia.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dise\u00f1ar acciones.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Planificar y establecer metas.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Gestionar el progreso y la responsabilidad.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Estas competencias son utilizadas por la ICF<strong> como gu\u00eda para la formaci\u00f3n de los coaches y para la evaluaci\u00f3n de su competencia en la pr\u00e1ctica del coaching.<\/strong> Tambi\u00e9n son una herramienta \u00fatil para los propios coaches, ya que les permiten evaluar su propio desempe\u00f1o y planificar su desarrollo profesional.<\/span><\/p><h3><strong>\u00bfC\u00f3mo obtener el certificado de mentor por la International Coaching Federation (ICF)?<\/strong><\/h3><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Para obtener el certificado de mentor por la International Coaching Federation (ICF).<\/span><\/p><h4><strong>SE DEBE CUMPLIR CON LOS SIGUIENTES REQUISITOS:<\/strong><\/h4><ol><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ser miembro de la ICF en buen estado (ICF Membership) y haber completado al menos 60 horas de formaci\u00f3n en coaching acreditadas por la ICF.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tener al menos 2 a\u00f1os de experiencia en la pr\u00e1ctica activa del coaching con una variedad de clientes. (en mentorDay te facilitamos la pr\u00e1cticas)<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Haber completado al menos 25 horas de mentor\u00eda de coaching con un mentor acreditado por la ICF.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Haber completado al menos 10 horas de mentor\u00eda de mentor\u00eda con un mentor de mentor\u00eda acreditado por la ICF.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Proporcionar un resumen de la experiencia de mentor\u00eda de coaching y mentor\u00eda de\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0mentor\u00eda y documentar el logro de las competencias esenciales y la \u00e9tica de la ICF.<\/span><\/li><\/ol><blockquote><p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>En mentorDay te facilitamos la formaci\u00f3n como mentor de emprendedores<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Una vez que se cumplen estos requisitos, se puede solicitar el certificado de mentor a trav\u00e9s del portal de membres\u00eda de la ICF. La solicitud debe incluir un pago de la tarifa correspondiente.
