Measures approved for all companies in Spain:
- Loans ICO COVID guarantees.
- MGS guarantees (CERSA).
- ENISAThe repayment period of the loans granted has been relaxed.
- CDTI:
- Regional Economic Incentives. We are waiting for the governing council for flexibility in terms of deadlines and compliance with conditions (employment, own resources).
- Bank of Spain: relaxes risk write-downs for financial institutions
- DEBT FUNDS: accelerating corporate liquidity lending
- Private investors (Business Angels, Venture Capital): they are interested in startups that provide innovative solutions to the problems caused by COVID
Measures at European level:
- ECBinjecting liquidity into banks
- EUROGRUPO.
It will mobilise up to 550 billion euros in loans to support states, businesses and workers in the face of the pandemic.
- A line of credit from the European Stability Mechanism (ESM), with 240 billion euros in loans;
- A fund of the European Investment Bank with up to 200 billion in loans for businesses and
- A temporary unemployment fund with 100 billion for employment aid.
- Coronabonds or Eurobonds have to wait.
Global action
- Google approves 800 million in grants to companies, UNWTO, NGOs...
