BACKGROUND:

EcoTech Solutions is a startup focused on the production and commercialisation of clean technologies for urban homes. From portable solar panels to water purification systems, the company has been working on creating sustainable solutions that are affordable and efficient.

Upon joining mentorDay's acceleration programme, founder Diego recognised that while his vision was clear, he lacked a structured strategy to scale his business. mentorDay introduced him to the OKR4Learning model.

IMPLEMENTATION OF OKR4LEARNING:

To consolidate EcoTech Solutions as a leading brand in clean technologies for urban homes in our region.

  • KEY RESULTS (KR)
    • Increase sales by 30% in the next quarter.
    • Expand product portfolio with 2 new green solutions before the end of the year.
    • Establish 3 new strategic alliances with local distributors in the next 6 months.
  • CONTINUOUS LEARNING
    • Digital Marketing Training: Diego and his team decided to learn more about digital marketing to reach a wider and younger audience. This included courses in social media advertising and SEO.
    • Market research: a project was initiated to better understand the changing needs of its target audience and to identify possible areas for new products.
