Do you want to internationalise your company?

We facilitate your access to international markets by tapping into the largest community of entrepreneurs, mentors, entrepreneurs and experts.

What is the YBI Innovation Challenge?

Selected entrepreneurs will be able to connect with other entrepreneurs from Spain, Germany and Canada to do business together. This is about pairing up to access international markets, similar to the mentoring relationship you already know from YBS.

Types of projects

We are looking for entrepreneurs who are willing to do some kind of operation and/or project with entrepreneurs from other countries.

FOR EXAMPLE:

• Creating a distribution network
• Advice for international expansion
• Find a supplier/import of goods
• Looking for a partner to develop a joint project
• Participating in a European/transnational project
• Outsourcing of some task (design, programming, etc.)

Youth Business Spain makes a selection of interested entrepreneurs. The next step is the coordination with Germany and Canada to make the best matching according to your needs and expectations. In addition, We will follow up the relationship, ensuring trust between both parties and resolving doubts, in order to make the relationship a success.

What are the jury's criteria?

• PROBLEM VALIDATION

The level of understanding of the final beneficiaries, their needs and wants, and evidence of validation of the problem the project seeks to address.

• CONVINCING SOLUTION

The uniqueness and innovation of the solution

• FEASIBILITY OF IMPLEMENTATION

The knowledge and capacity of the team implementing the project and the technical feasibility of the proposed solution.

• SUSTAINABILITY AND SCALABILITY

The capacity of the organisations to take the project forward and scale it up after the implementation phase.
