OVERCOMING ENTREPRENEURIAL FEARS

When we start a business, a project, even a relationship, many fears or "allergies" can arise because it is something completely human and even a bit necessary.

The problem is when fear controls us and prevents us from moving forward, even worse when it literally gets into our body and turns into anxiety, muscular tensions, blockages, etc. .... Knowing them and knowing ourselves is going to help us a lot so that our project can be launched successfully and not remain an idea in the air or be left for another time (the famous procrastinationI make excuses for not facing reality today). But above all knowing and understanding how to transform our fears is what will really give us the ability to move forward and enjoy the journey.

The emotional part is fundamental In all entrepreneurship, and if we look at successful people, it seems that they have always had a special gift, that they were born with it, which is not true at all. What does seem to coincide when they are successful is that they tend to be more determined, self-confident, optimistic, courageous and risk-takers....

The in-depth study of what differentiates these people from the "less secure" leads to very optimistic formulas and approaches for all of us, if we are willing to implement them, of course. Today it is known that we all have a gift (theory of multiple intelligences), that neurons can regenerate and form new connections (neuroplasticity of the brain), that emotions, once understood and not rejected, can be changed to serve us better, and that, through simple exercises, we are able to have the right mindset to make the best decisions that will help us embark on the adventure of our lives with the confidence and courage needed to do so.

Then...

What should we do to overcome our fears?

#1

Visit how our minds and bodies work in what matters to us, knowing that fear has a protective mission over possible future harm and makes us prepare ourselves (sometimes too much).

Ask yourself to know your case in a stressful situation.

  • What is it that scares me, how much of the threat is real (and how much of the story I tell myself), what is the worst thing that can happen, what does it mean for me to make mistakes, to fail, to be rejected, to draw a blank, to be criticised?
  • Where am I focusing, ...on the problem, on the past, on a future that overwhelms me... What do I tell myself, ...I am incapable of doing it, I can never do it, it will go wrong as usual...

#2

Visit the power that have our thoughts and the posture of our body on our emotions and vice versa (fully scientifically proven). Just by doing exercises changing body posture (power posture, forced sustained laughter, high chest, hands in victory ....) and exercises to change to positive thinking (although it may be difficult for your mind at first) has been shown to greatly influence hormones such as testosterone or dominance hormone, increasing it and decreasing cortisol or stress hormone.

Put them into practice now!!!. Every day.

On positive thoughts that generate emotions that help us remember very important:

  • Don't be so demanding on yourself, set achievable goals.
  • Listen to your inner voicethat will support you, not bring you down.
  • Reward yourself for your achievements however small.
  • Surround yourself with people who add up.
  • Consider the failures as learnings, opportunitiesnever failures

#3

Knowing and practising the warrior's state of mindunlike the victim (looking for external culprits not to act, everything bad happens to me) or ostrich (yes, yes, I will but... tomorrow).

In addition, it chooses the abundance mentality we were born with (everything was possible, infinite love, resources for all) as opposed to the one we were born with (everything was possible, infinite love, resources for all) as opposed to the one of the shortage (beliefs instilled in us from an early age "there is not enough for everyone", "don't think about yourself"...). Think positivein large, in which everything is possible and everything can be sharedI believe that you have something beautiful to contribute to the world and the world deserves that you are trying to do so by assuaging your doubts and fears.

#4

Visualise your moments of successThe mind does not distinguish hormonally and emotionally whether the story is real or not, so let's enjoy having this power. This will further help to feed back into the mindset that is needed. On top of that, success is built on success. The meditation helps a great deal to balancing the Central Nervous SystemWe are also looking forward to getting to know each other in depth, as well as being in contact with nature and eating well.

#5

Finally, knowing how to ask for help if, despite all that has been done before, we do not feel capable. We may have a limiting belief system or emotional wounds.
of the past that in a few sessions can be healed and unblocked, believe me that in a few sessions you can it is worthwhileI see it every day in the practice and I could tell my own story... some other time.
