ENTREPRENEUR IMPACT ACTION PLAN. PDCA

An action plan is a roadmap to reach a goal. The action plan should detail the specific activities to be carried out, establishing implementation dates and the necessary resources to carry out these actions.

Action needs to be aligned with the system: we need the other for change: coach/partners.

Building a stronger action plan through the exploration of the systems surrounding the entrepreneur that can help him/her.

From keeping in mind the roles and responsibilities of everyone in the process, we have to inspire our entrepreneur to set challenging goals to make them grow.

What is the action plan for the entrepreneur and why is it so important?

When we are committed to achieving a goal, having a plan of action is one of the best tools because it is the best way to achieve it:

  1. It shows us the way forward. The action plan is a guide that shows exactly which path to follow to achieve the desired goal, allowing you to focus your efforts on what is most important.
  2. It marks the times of progress. This is one of the greatest advantages of an action plan, as you know exactly what actions are required to achieve the desired objective.
  3. It serves to establish indicators. As part of the process of designing the action plan, progress indicators can be established in relation to the objective.
  4. It facilitates the process of evaluating progress. This is closely related to the previous point; through an adequate action plan, the process of evaluating the progress made towards achieving the desired objective is facilitated. In addition, it serves to identify which actions are working and which are not giving the expected results in order to make the necessary changes and achieve the objective more quickly.

Impact Action Plan: PDCA

THE ACTIONS ARE AS FOLLOWS:

  • P (from Plan, Planning): includes the definition of objectives and measures to achieve them, the assignment of responsible persons and the definition of the necessary means, financial and material resources.
  • D (from To Do, Execution): is to put into practice what the P.I. has chosen.ncludes the training, education and training of the personnel selected for it.
  • C (from Check, Evaluation): comparison, analysis and evaluation of the actual results obtained in D with those expected from P.
  • A (from Act, Acting): if the elements defined in P are not good enough or are insufficient, These will have to be modified for next time.

The action phase is necessary to correct the negative aspects obtained in C and may involve the modification of what we learnt in A are the conclusions that we compare with the previous information we already had when we created P and thus re-create a new cycle that incorporates what we learnt in order to constantly renew ourselves.
