The Spain Entrepreneurial Nation brand strategy establishes a series of very ambitious objectives for the year 2030. The aim is for Spain to be an innovative country with the capacity to attract investment.

To this end, four goals are set: 

1. Accelerate the investment maturation process in Spain. 
2. In relation to talent, mechanisms are being created to attract and retain talent in order to make Spain a paradise for entrepreneurial talent.
3. The third goal is the potential scalability of companies with the capacity for exponential growth in key sectors of the economy. 
4. The fourth aims to have an entrepreneurial public sector that is agile, responsive and generates value for entrepreneurship.   

The achievement of these goals is based on the fulfilment of some 50 measures considered a priority. One of these measures that occupies a preponderant place is the creation of the so-called National Network of Entrepreneurship Centres (RENACE). This network will be made up of incubators and accelerators and public, private and mixed venture builders with the capacity to develop entrepreneurial talent.

With a national scope of action, the network will enable the country's productive capacity to be multiplied and the territorial divide, which is one of the fundamental concerns of the strategy, to be reduced.

The functions of this network include the following:

• To foster relationships between all members of the network and the sharing of knowledge.
• To dynamise the local sector by holding activities such as events, workshops or meetings.
• Offer incubation and acceleration services to innovative companies including mentoring, fundraising, testing and market testing, etc.
• Promotion of training activities.
• Support for innovation.
• Collaboration with large companies promoting open innovation among other activities.
• Carry out talent attraction and retention programmes.

RENACE will advocate for the fixation of the population in the territory, favouring the generation of talent in its environment and other activities. The network will be organised around a central management team that coordinates the activities of the members, will support internationalisation through collaborative partnerships with ecosystems abroad.
