LABELLING BIAS
This error in thinking is especially dangerous among those with team management responsibilities. The absent-minded, the profiteer, the cash cow... There is a tendency to simplifying many of the members into a single quality and severely limiting their potential. Including sometimes the label precedes the person's own knowledge. That one is a trap.
How to combat it:
To counter this bias do not confuse a fact with a person and encourage all the dynamics aimed at getting to know each other in the team and in all our vital facets.
