Thought Reading Bias
Also called of assumption, acts when we allow ourselves to be carried away by prejudices or hunches, presupposing the decision of the other party. It is especially harmful during a negotiation, but also in the commercial field ("if I don't lower the price 20% will never buy") or personal ("why should I ask for a wage increase if they are going to say no").
How to combat it:
Differentiate between what you believe and reality, before trying to guess reactions to questions, listen and inquire. Encourage dialogue, express your opinions and if you feel that you are experiencing a conflict situation with someone, try to clarify it as soon as possible based on understanding.
After the question and before think of you
