MENTORDAY ADVISOR

In the MentorDay programme, the mentors are paid professionals who are responsible for conducting two-hour individual sessions with the entrepreneurs. These advisors are experts in their field and have extensive business experience. To ensure that we have the best mentors, mentorDay has a rigorous selection system in place that assesses their knowledge, experience and mastery of the speciality for which they will be mentoring. This allows us to ensure that counsellors have the necessary skills and experience to provide effective and quality advice.

During the individual session, the counsellor reviews the contents of a deliverable (see+) The entrepreneur has developed, and provides personalised feedback and advice to improve his or her business project. The aim of the session is to help the entrepreneur to move forward with his or her project, identify possible obstacles and find practical solutions. The matching process between advisor and entrepreneur is carried out by mentorDay's mentoring manager, taking into account the specific needs of the entrepreneur, the degree of progress of the project, the technologies that need to be incorporated, the degree of innovation, and the knowledge and experience of the advisor. This ensures that an effective and productive mentoring relationship is established, allowing the entrepreneur to learn and develop their business skills effectively.
