What is brainstorming?

Brainstorming is a group brainstorming technique that aims to produce as many solutions to a problem as possible in a creative and non-critical environment. The idea is that all participants contribute their ideas without judging or criticising them, which encourages creativity and originality in the generation of ideas. During the brainstorming session, a problem or situation to be solved is set, and all participants are encouraged to contribute ideas without restrictions. All ideas are written down on a whiteboard or in a document for further consideration. Once enough ideas have been generated, the best ones are selected and refined to create an effective solution. Brainstorming is a tool widely used in the creation of new companies and in the resolution of business problems, as it allows teams to generate creative and original solutions.
