    Sin duda, adoptar una mentalidad proactiva, curiosa y ágil es clave para identificar y aprovechar oportunidades de negocio, y realmente marca la diferencia. Esta forma de pensar nos ayuda a comprender a fondo las necesidades del mercado y en diseñar soluciones efectivas. Hoy no solo necesitamos un “growth mindset”, sino un “growth agile mindset” para mantenernos abiertos a las múltiples oportunidades que surgen en diferentes ámbitos, ya sean tecnológicos, generacionales, geográficos o ambientales, entre muchos otros. Esto exige una apertura al aprendizaje y una actitud resiliente, porque emprender no es solo tener buenas ideas, sino saber adaptarlas y ejecutarlas para generar valor.
