The objectives The main objectives of improving this assessment competence as a mentor are:
- Develop analytical and evaluation skills
- Improve capacity to evaluate mentee progress and performance
- Strengthen the ability to provide effective feedback to the mentee.
- Learning how to objectively and effectively evaluate mentee progress
- Improve competence in identifying mentee strengths and areas for improvement.
