"The mentor sets and maintains the expectations and boundaries of the mentoring/coaching contract with the entrepreneur and the sponsor (mentorDay)".

In this competition you will practice with practical tips that can help you as an entrepreneur mentor to improve your competence in terms of contracting with your entrepreneur:
- Clearly define objectives and expectations: Ensure that both parties understand the objectives of the mentoring and the expectations for the frequency and duration of meetings.
- Create a written agreement: Draft a detailed agreement that includes the objectives, expectations and responsibilities of both parties.
- Establish open and frequent communication: Foster a culture of open and frequent communication to ensure that both parties are aware of progress and can make adjustments accordingly.
- Establish a plan of action: Ensure that you and your mentee have a clear and detailed plan for achieving the mentoring objectives.
