The mentor manager is the professional in charge of supervising and guiding a group of mentors in their work with mentees or entrepreneurs. At mentorDay we have a mentoring manager with a higher qualification in mentoring (Jaime Cavero Gandarias) and of people coordinating the day-to-day work of the mentoring programme (individual sessions Javier de la Ossa, Alba mentoring programme).

The role of the mentor manager includes

• RECRUITMENT AND SELECTION OF MENTORS:

• • Recruit and select the most suitable mentors for the mentoring programme.

• Mentor training:

Provide training to mentors to ensure that they are equipped with the skills and knowledge necessary to be effective in their work. (See+ training programme).

• SUPERVISION AND SUPPORT:

Provide supervision and support to mentors to help them achieve their goals and resolve any problems that may arise in the course of mentoring.

• EVALUATION:

Evaluate the performance of mentors and provide feedback to help them improve.

The mentor manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the success of the mentoring programme, as he/she is responsible for ensuring that mentors are prepared and trained to provide support and guidance to their mentees (entrepreneurs).
