Sorting out and diagnosing the missing entrepreneur

The mentor observes that his entrepreneur brings a lot of information, comments that he feels overwhelmed, or does not know where to start.

Objective:  

It helps the entrepreneur to collect in a structured way much information on a topic, facilitating the awareness and the process of discernment.  

Phases of mentoring: 

In the phase of: "Exploring the Current Reality to aid diagnosis", and in the phase of: "Exploring Options to deepen that diagnosis" and discover something new. 

Recommended techniques and tools: 

• Lists. Yes-No, List of Values, Pros and Cons, ... 

Wheels.

"Wheel of Life", "Wheel of Work", "Wheel of Relationships",...

• Schemes. 
• Timeline (see TIP)
• Writing a diary/journaling.
• Mind map.
• SWOT analysis.
