The Learning Pyramid is divided into six levels:
- Reading: This is the most basic level of the pyramid, which consists of reading and listening to information. Entrepreneurs can obtain information through books, articles, podcasts, conferences, among others.
- Active listening: at this level, entrepreneurs actively listen to experts and peers to acquire information and knowledge.
- Visualisation: Visualisation is an important learning tool for entrepreneurs. Visualisation can take the form of graphics, infographics, videos, presentations, among others.
- Practice: Practice is crucial for entrepreneurs' learning. Through practice, entrepreneurs can apply the knowledge acquired and develop practical skills for their business.
- Group discussion: Group discussion is an effective way for entrepreneurs to share their experiences and knowledge with their peers. Through group discussion, entrepreneurs can learn from the experiences of others and gain new perspectives on their business.
- Teaching others: Teaching others is the highest level of the Learning Pyramid. By teaching others, entrepreneurs consolidate their understanding of the information and knowledge acquired, enabling them to retain the information more effectively.

Pyramid of learning
The pyramid is divided into different levels, each representing a specific learning method, and is organised according to its ability to help the learner retain information. The levels of the Learning Pyramid, from most to least effective, are as follows:

- Teach Others: teaching others what you have learned is an effective way of consolidating information.
- Group learning (Group Discussion, see+ TIP group mentoring): Discussing concepts learned in a group can help to consolidate and deepen understanding.
- Demonstration: seeing how concepts are applied in practice can be an effective way to learn them.
- Audiovisual (Audiovisual): using audiovisual media such as videos or presentations can be useful to help retain information.
- Reading: Reading can be useful for acquiring information, but it is often not the most effective way of retaining it.
- Lectures: Lectures can be useful for acquiring information, but they are often not the most effective way of retaining it.
Hierarchical order of the different levels of learning
Five categories are established, ranging from the most basic and concrete levels to the most abstract and complex. These levels are:
- Experiential learning: refers to learning based on practical experience, experimentation and trial and error.
- Reflective learning: it is a matter of reflecting on experiences and analysing them in order to draw conclusions and learnings.
- Theoretical learning: involves the acquisition of theoretical knowledge, basic concepts and principles.
- Symbolic learning: refers to the learning of symbols, images and metaphors.
- Creative learning: this level involves the use of creativity and imagination to solve problems and generate new ideas.
