The syndrome of Labour Stockholm: empathy with the exploiter. EThe other is the one usually attributed to those kidnapping victims who end up sharing and justifying the causes that lead kidnappers to such behaviour.

The Stockholm syndrome at work is closely linked to studies of the behaviour of teams and workgroups exposed to situations of harassment at work that occur in companies whose working conditions and/or management styles are inadequate, hostile and even reprehensible.
