Solomon's syndrome: conditioned by the vision of the whole. We are said to suffer from this syndrome when we make choices or adopt behaviours to avoid standing out or standing out too much within the organisation. It also alludes to when we boycott each other to stay on the path taken by the majority.
This syndrome is the result of a study carried out by the American psychologist Solomon Asch where it was demonstrated that most of us consciously and voluntarily take on the views of the majority in order to be accepted by the community.
