3. Passion and drive for what they do. Motivation is the driving force behind these entrepreneurs. 
4. The serial entrepreneur knows how to surround himself with talent by involving them in the project. It has a large number of contacts they can count on as investors, partners, mentors, good advisors.
5. They make a significant personal commitment of time and money. Sufficient financial capacity is a prerequisite for serial entrepreneurship, as well as having a lot of time to devote to new projects. They are highly committed to each project, even to the detriment of their personal lives.
6. Tenacity/Resilience in the face of adversity. The limit situations bring adrenaline to the serial entrepreneur, and that makes them more motivated to create new projects.
7. High delegation capacity. When launching a project, it is necessary to know how to balance all parts of the company and then hand over the management to a third party, leaving the company free to attack another opportunity.
