Influencer rankings allow you to locate those professionals who have the most followers in a sector or in a medium (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook). They can be a good way to reach your customer segment. You have to find out which influencers your customers follow, and once located, convince them to talk about our product or service, at a cost.

MentorDay rankings

You can consult MentorAdvisor the expert rankings that we draw up on the basis of the assessment they receive from the entrepreneurs themselves (see+). The mentorDay influencer rankings are based on a survey of the own formula and calculated in a completely unbiased way through the collection of data resulting from a research work by the marketing and innovation department of the mentorDay accelerator to identify the people we invite to each of the accelerator's projects. vertical acceleration programme we organise every month.

To compile each ranking, we first identify all the influencers in the sector or vertical and extract the individual data for each person or company, to which we apply our calculation formula.

Each ranking is compiled according to the Mentor Rank (MR)and our formula uses values of the following variables:

• Followers in the social networks.
• Days of the account to be evaluated in Twitter.
• Number of Twits generated by the account in total.
• Indexing with Facebook, i.e. if you position by the same name the account to be evaluated on Twitter and Facebook (have a Facebook page under the same name/pseudonym as on all networks).
• Number of Facebook Likes on the Facebook page.
• Evaluation of the website of the account in case you have one.
• Iterations regarding your publications and followers.
• Voluntary contributions to entrepreneurs.

What can you do to improve your Mentor Rank?

To improve your MR and therefore your position in the ranking, you simply have to be more active on social networks (Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn), publish constantly on your networks, generate content of interest to increase interactions and followers, generate a Facebook page with the same name as on the other networks if you don't have one, etc.

What is the time validity of the Ranking?

We update it every two months, which is the time we consider sufficient for influencers to have been able to make improvements in their networks and thus be able to see the fruits and changes in the ranking.
