- The relationship with the client.
- The sources of income and how it will be generated.
- The key resourcesThe company's staff, human resources, facilities, company, transport and more.
- The key activityi.e. what your company will do.
- The key partnerships with other businesses.
- The cost structure.
Once you explore these nine key points you will have the skeleton of your business, on which you can build it.
The Lean Canvas methodology
This is one of the most widely used methodologies in this field. business modelwhich is nothing more than a visualisation tool that brings together both the method Lean Startupas the Business Model Canvas.
The latter was created by Ash Maura, who was looking for a light and ideal scheme for those starting out in this environment, as some of the analysis blocks of the model do not fit these small businesses.

- Unique value proposition.
- Special advantage.
- Customer segments.
- Key metrics.
- Channels.
- Cost structure.
